The Natural Resources Conservation Board (NRCB) is an agency of the Government of Alberta and reports to the Minister of Sustainable Resource Development. Established in 1991, the NRCB has mandates under two Acts - the Natural Resources Conservation Board Act and the Agricultural Operation Practices Act.
